Directions

Add four eggs, two cups of condensed milk, and three tablespoons of melted butter to the blender.

Cover and blend until everything is smooth.

Pour the mixture into a bowl.

Add one tablespoon of yeast and mix quickly.

Gradually add three cups of wheat flour while mixing.

Sprinkle a bit of wheat flour inside another bowl and on top of the dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for three hours.

Drizzle a bit of olive oil on a table and spread it out with your hands.

Cut the dough in half and then into small pieces.

Transfer the pieces to a greased baking tray.

Cover with a towel and let rest for two more hours.

Brush some egg yolk on top of the pieces.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

Drizzle a bit of condensed milk on top after baking.

Sprinkle some grated coconut over the top.

Move it to a plate and serve.

Tips
You can sprinkle a bit more wheat flour on top to shape the dough.
