Directions
- 1Melt butter in a saucepan.
- 2Add water and sugar to the melted butter.
- 3Stir until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture comes to a boil.
- 4Add flour to the mixture and stir well until a dough forms.
- 5Transfer the dough to a bowl.
- 6Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
- 7Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe into churro shapes.
- 8Fry the churros in hot oil until golden brown.
- 9Drain the churros on paper towels.
- 10Roll the churros in sugar.
