Eggplant Roll

Directions
- 1Cut thin slices of eggplant and cook in a pan.
- 2When you turn them, form a square with them, add some cheese on top and wait for it to melt.
- 3Beat a couple of eggs, add them and cook.
- 4Turn it over, close the sides.
- 5Add tomato and tuna.
- 6Roll it up.
- 7Brown it in a pan.

- 2 eggs
- 1 handful mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 tomato
- 80 gr tuna
