Directions
- 1Sauté onions and garlic.
- 2Add a knob of butter and stir.
- 3Add one tablespoon of crushed peppercorns.
- 4Pour in half a cup of beef stock and add some salt.
- 5Leave to reduce.
- 6Pour in half a cup of heavy cream.
- 7Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
