10Transfer the marinated salmon bites to the breadcrumb mixture, coat them well, and then transfer them to the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer.
11Air fry the salmon bites at 400°F for about 6 to 8 minutes.
12Dice one mango using a chopper.
13Dice half of a red bell pepper.
14Dice a red onion.
15Dice one jalapeño with some of the seeds removed.
16Dice one avocado.
17Chop some cilantro.
18Add the juice from one lime, salt, pepper, generous amount of garlic powder, and a splash of Ardor Hot Sauce to the mango salsa.
19Mix the mango salsa ingredients.
20Plate the cooked rice into bowls.
21Add a little hot pepper sesame oil to the rice.
22Add the mango salsa right on top of the rice.
23Place the cooked salmon bites on top of the salsa and rice.
24Drizzle a little extra Mike's Hot Honey and soy sauce on top of the salmon bites.

Tips
For the salmon bites, you can leave the skin on if you prefer.
For the mango salsa, you can use regular honey instead of hot honey if you don't like spice.

You can add a splash of Ardor Hot Sauce to the mango salsa (optional).
