Add half a pound of Italian sausage and half a pound of ground beef to a hot oiled pan.

Break up the meat, season it with salt and pepper, and brown it.

Drain the browned meat.

Add one diced onion and three minced garlic cloves to the pan with the meat.

Stir and cook for a few minutes until the onions are soft.

Add one jar of your favorite marinara sauce to the meat and onion mixture.

Stir the marinara sauce until everything is coated.

Set the meat mixture aside.

Cook the spaghetti and get a mixing bowl.

Add one block of softened cream cheese, one cup of cottage cheese, and a quarter cup of sour cream to the mixing bowl.

Mix the cheese mixture with a tiny spatula until beautifully combined.

Plop half of the cooked spaghetti into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

Plop the cream cheese mixture on top of the spaghetti and spread it evenly.

Put the rest of the noodles on top of the cheese layer.

Plop the meat mixture on top of the noodles.

Shred an 8-ounce block of mozzarella cheese and spread it on top.

Sprinkle a handful of Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella.

Throw the whole thing in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.

Sprinkle parsley on top if you have it.

Let it cool down, then cut a piece out with a spatula.

Put a piece on a plate and scoop up a big bite with a fork.
