Directions

  1. 1Brown the breakfast sausage in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Season with potato slayer seasoning while cooking. Remove sausage from the skillet and set aside.
  2. 2Using a spoonful of bacon grease, sauté the cubed ham in the same skillet until lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. 3Add more bacon grease to the skillet and cook the shredded hash browns. Season with potato slayer seasoning. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. 4Cook a pound of bacon in a separate pan until crispy. Remove about 3/4 of the bacon, leaving the remaining 1/4 with the grease in the pan.
  5. 5Tear the biscuit dough apart and place about two layers per section into a waffle maker, along with a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Sprinkle more cheese on top and close the lid.
  6. 6Cook the biscuit waffles for 5-6 minutes until crispy.
  7. 7Make a roux by adding flour to the bacon grease and remaining bacon bits in the pan. Season with black pepper, salt, and all-in-one seasoning. Slowly pour in milk and stir until thickened to create bacon gravy.
  8. 8Scramble the eggs in a cast iron skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  9. 9Layer the biscuit waffles on a serving tray. Drizzle with Arbo's spicy cheese dip. Top with cooked sausage, cubed ham, cooked bacon bits, shredded cheese, a drizzle of maple syrup, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and bacon gravy.
