Add 4 or 5 chopped garlic cloves to a hot oiled pan.

Cook the garlic for about a minute.

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Cook the tomato paste for a minute or two.

Pour a can of whole peeled tomatoes into a bowl.

Use clean hands to break the tomatoes up into bite-sized pieces.

Add the broken tomatoes to the pan.

Add about a teaspoon of salt, maybe a half a teaspoon of dried oregano, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Stir the mixture and bring it to a simmer.

Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens slightly.

Taste the sauce to adjust seasoning.

Add two cans of rinsed and drained cannellini beans to the pan.

Stir the beans to combine.

Let this cook for a few minutes to bring everything up to temp.

Turn off the heat.

Cover the entire dish with fresh grated mozzarella.

Sprinkle about a quarter cup of grated Parmesan on top.

Throw the whole thing under a broiler for a few minutes to get the cheese bubbling.

Let the pizza beans cool off for a minute before eating.

Tips
Break whole peeled tomatoes into bite-sized pieces with your hands before adding to the pan.
Let the pizza beans cool off for a minute before eating.
