Directions
- 1Roll out half of the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
- 2Place mozzarella sticks on the dough, spaced apart.
- 3Roll out the remaining half of the pizza dough and place on top, pressing tightly to seal.
- 4Use a pizza cutter to cut around each mozzarella stick.
- 5Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and bake at 425F.
- 6Whisk butter, parsley, parmesan, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt together in a small bowl.
- 7Brush the baked breadsticks with the prepared garlic, parmesan, and herb butter.
