1Soak the rice paper in warm water until they get to a consistency that you can roll them in.
2Cut the cheese strings in half.
3Place a soaked rice paper on a plate or cutting board.
4Place a cheese string in the bottom of the rice paper.
5Fold the bottom of the rice paper up and over the cheese string.
6Fold the sides of the rice paper over the cheese string.
7Roll the rice paper up to form a tight roll.
8Repeat with the remaining rice paper and cheese strings.
9Place a small frying pan on the burner and turn it up to five.
10Add about two tablespoons of gochujang sauce to the frying pan.
11Add some heavy cream to the sauce.
12Stir the sauce until it turns a pinkish-orange color.
13Drop the wrapped rice paper and cheese rolls into the frying pan with the sauce.
14Cook until the cheese inside is melted.
15Remove the rice paper and cheese rolls from the pan and place them on a plate.
16Pour any leftover sauce from the pan over the rice paper and cheese rolls.
