Directions

  1. 1Mash one banana with a fork.
  2. 2Add peanut butter and maple syrup to the mashed banana and stir.
  3. 3Add oats, dark chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. 4Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. 6Sprinkle some salt over the cookies once they are out of the oven.
