Thanksgiving Leftover Slider Bake

Directions

  1. 1In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey and mustard for the honey mustard sauce.
  2. 2Whisk together the melted butter, poppy seeds, honey mustard and Worcestershire for the poppy seed dressing.
  3. 3Heat the oven to 350°.
  4. 4Slice open the rolls.
  5. 5Spread honey mustard sauce on the bottom of the rolls.
  6. 6Spread mayonnaise on the top of the rolls.
  7. 7Place a sliced turkey, a spoonful of stuffing and a slice of cheese on each roll.
  8. 8Add some cranberry sauce on top of the cheese on each roll.
  9. 9Top sandwich with top roll.
  10. 10Place sandwiches in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  11. 11Drizzle sandwiches with the poppy seed dressing until you’ve used a little more than half of the dressing and each sandwich is covered.
  12. 12Tightly wrap the pan with tin foil.
  13. 13Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  14. 14Remove the pan from the oven and take off the foil.
  15. 15Drizzle with a little more sauce (warm if necessary to melt).
  16. 16Serve immediately.

  • 0.125 Cup Mustard
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 9 Thick Slices of Turkey
  • 2 Cups Stuffing
  • 12 slices White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cranberry Sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 Poppy Seeds
  • 1.5 Tablespoons Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Tips

  • The sandwiches can be made a day ahead. When ready to bake, top with dressing and bake according to directions.
