Directions

  1. 1Let's make our own Cajun seasoning.
  2. 2Start off with 3 tablespoons of paprika or smoked paprika.
  3. 3Add 2 tablespoons of kosher salt and 2 tablespoons of garlic powder.
  4. 4Add one tablespoon of black pepper and one tablespoon of ground white pepper.
  5. 5Add one tablespoon of onion powder and one tablespoon of dried oregano.
  6. 6Add one tablespoon of cayenne and half a tablespoon of dried thyme.
  7. 7Keep it stored in an airtight container.
