Directions
- 1Start with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of good quality olive oil.
- 2Add the juice of one lemon.
- 3Add 1/2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar.
- 4Add 1/2 tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
- 5Add 1 1/2 tablespoon of minced shallot.
- 6Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 7Cover and shake.
- 8Taste and add more pepper if needed.
