Directions

  1. 1Put the avocado in the blender.
  2. 2Add the chickpeas.
  3. 3Add the parsley.
  4. 4Add the lemon juice.
  5. 5Add the olive oil.
  6. 6Add the salt and pepper.
  7. 7Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  8. 8Serve with olive oil and sesame seeds on top.

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 0.5 bunch parsley
  • 0.5 lemon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
