Freezer Breakfast Pancake Snacks

Directions

  1. 1Mix two cups of pancake mix according to the directions on the box.
  2. 2Fill two mini muffin pans about halfway with the pancake batter.
  3. 3Slice six pre-cooked sausage links into quarters.
  4. 4Place one sausage quarter in the center of each muffin in one pan.
  5. 5Add a handful of blueberries in the center of each muffin in the other pan.
  6. 6For the sheet pan pancakes, add three cups of pancake mix to a bowl with water.
  7. 7Mix the pancake batter.
  8. 8Add cooked and drained sausage, shredded cheddar, and about a quarter cup of syrup to the pancake batter.
  9. 9Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan.
  10. 10Bake everything in a 400-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  11. 11Let the pancakes cool completely before adding them to freezer bags.
  12. 12Cut the sheet pan pancakes into individual portions using a pizza cutter.
  13. 13Store the sausage pancake bites, blueberry pancake bites, and sheet pan pancakes in freezer bags.
