Directions

  1. 1Smoke the glass with fresh rosemary.
  2. 2Let the smoked glass sit aside.
  3. 3Add 3/4 oz of white chocolate sauce to the glass.
  4. 4Add two heavy dashes of cardamom bitters.
  5. 5Add a double shot of espresso.
  6. 6Stir vigorously.
  7. 7Add 6 oz of your preferred steamed milk.
  8. 8Top the drink with another sprig of smoked rosemary for garnish.

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 6 oz steamed milk
