Cheesy Tater Tot, Egg, & Sausage Casserole
Directions
- 1Brown the turkey sausage in a frying pan.
- 2Line a casserole dish with tater tots, saving some for the top.
- 3In a mixing bowl, add the carton of egg whites, spinach, orange pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, and half a bag of cheese.
- 4Mix well.
- 5Lay the sausage on top of the tater tots.
- 6Add the egg mix.
- 7Spread out the egg mix as evenly as possible.
- 8Add remaining tater tots on top.
- 9Put the casserole in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
- 10Take it out and add the rest of your cheese.
- 11Put it back in for another 10 minutes.

- 7 oz Fat Free Cheese
- 0.5 lb Turkey Sausage
- 1 Orange Pepper
- 1 C Chopped Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
