2Drop the chopped bell peppers and onion into a hot skillet and saute them.

7Take low cal tortilla wraps and add the beef mixture on top, with optional cheese.
8Fold the wraps into burritos.
9Cook the burritos on a medium-high heat pan until golden brown.
10For the high protein Chipotle sauce, add non-fat Greek yogurt, light mayo, honey, chipotle peppers in adobo, and water to thin into a bowl and mix until nice and smooth.
