1Season the diced chicken breast with salt, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil, then mix it all together.
2Cook the chicken on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
3Once the chicken is cooked, take it off the heat and add honey and reduced sugar or sugar-free BBQ sauce.
4Mix well to combine and coat the chicken.
5Cook the pasta in boiling water.
6While the pasta is cooking, add fat-free evaporated milk, light cream cheese, chicken stock powder, and light grated cheddar cheese to a pan on medium heat.
7Keep mixing until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
8Add the cooked and drained pasta to the sauce.
9Mix the pasta with the sauce until it is fully coated.
10Divide the Honey BBQ Chicken and Mac & Cheese into 4 equal servings.
