In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, hot honey, and chili garlic paste.

Place the ribs into a large zip bag. Pour the marinade into the bag. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Remove the ribs from the marinade.

Season the ribs with Killer Hog’s TX Rub on all sides.

Place the ribs on a 300 degree F smoker. Let smoke for about 3 hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 205 degrees F.

Immediately place the ribs in foil and drizzle with Bachan’s Original Japanese BBQ Sauce. Wrap in the foil and let rest for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove from the foil and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Slice, serve, and enjoy!

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tsp chili garlic paste
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp hot honey
1 to taste killer hogs bbq tx rub
1 to taste bachan’s original japanese bbq sauce
1 to taste green onion, chopped
1 to taste sesame seed
