Directions

  1. 1Preheat your oven.
  2. 2Get your potato, Maris Piper or Russet, wash it and put some olive oil and salt on it.
  3. 3Put it in the oven to bake.
  4. 4Once it's baked, cut it into a star shape.
  5. 5Mix the cooked garlic, butter and parsley.
  6. 6Blend the feta or cream cheese.
  7. 7Fill the potato with the cream cheese mixture.
  8. 8Pour the garlic butter mixture over the potato.
