Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans.

Add the chickpeas to a skillet.

Add chopped garlic and chopped onion to the skillet.

Add a little bit of oil.

Season with sunshine seasoning, a pinch of paprika, and salt-free garlic.

Add curry.

Sauté the ingredients.

Add a little bit more oil if it starts to stick.

Add chopped tomato, a little more onion, more sunshine seasoning, and more paprika.

Sauté everything together until tomatoes cook down and create some liquid.

Add a little Old Bay seasoning (being mindful of salt content) and a little regular garlic powder.

Add a little more curry.

Sauté some more.

Once cooked down, add finely chopped kale.

Add a little garlic powder, more sunshine seasoning, a little Old Bay seasoning, and a little more curry powder.

Sauté all together until it starts to look cooked down.

Add organic coconut cream to add sweetness and creaminess, adjusting the amount based on preference and quantity of curry.

Stir the coconut cream in while cooking on low heat.

Turn the heat up just a little bit.

Add a little more paprika, garlic powder, curry, and Old Bay seasoning for layering flavors.

Stir everything well.

Simmer for a little while until ready to serve.

Tips
Add extra onion if desired.
