Poor Mans Casserole

Directions
- 1Brown the ground beef.
- 2Mash up the ground beef.
- 3Add the spice blend and Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning.
- 4Add onions and garlic.
- 5Add a can of tomato sauce.
- 6Add water to the empty tomato sauce can, swish it, and add it to the mixture.
- 7Salt boiling water and add egg noodles to cook.
- 8Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 10-15 seconds if it's not already soft.
- 9Add sour cream and a little bit of Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning to the cream cheese and whisk.
- 10Add the cooked egg noodles to the cream cheese mixture and toss together.
- 11Place a big scoop of the ground beef mixture at the bottom of the baking pan.
- 12Add half of the noodle mixture, then some shredded cheese.
- 13Add more meat sauce, then add the remaining noodle mixture and more cheese.
- 14Put the casserole in the oven.
