Directions

  1. 1Heat a skillet with a little oil.

  9. 9Add a 16-ounce jar of peperoncini peppers, including the juice, to the skillet.
  10. 10Add one packet of beef stew seasoning.
  11. 11Add one packet of au jus gravy mix.
  12. 12Add one packet of ranch seasoning.
  13. 13Add a 15-ounce can of tomato sauce to the skillet.
  14. 14Fill the tomato sauce can halfway with water and add it to the mixture.

  16. 16Let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.

  18. 18Pour any accumulated juices from the roast into the crockpot.
