Directions

  1. 1Roll out puff pastry and spread pizza sauce over it.
  2. 2Slice the pastry into strips.
  3. 3Add pepperoni slices overlapping as you go and half of it poking out.
  4. 4Roll it up with mozzarella.
  5. 5Add to greased muffin tin.
  6. 6Bake until golden and crispy.
  7. 7Finish with hot honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 100 g pizza sauce
  • 10 slices pepperoni
  • 50 g mozzarella
  • 1 hot honey
