2Add 1 pound of chicken breast, seasonings (1 tbsp of ranch seasoning, 1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning), and a diced onion to the crockpot.
3Top with some buffalo medium sauce (start with 1/4 cup) before throwing on the lid.
4Cook on low for about 4 hours (or 4-6 hours according to description).
5Once the chicken is cooked, cube or shred it up.
6Throw the cubed/shredded chicken back into the crockpot.
7Add a little bit more buffalo sauce and some ranch or blue cheese if desired.
8Add a 15 oz jar of Alfredo, a handful of mozzarella, and a half a cup of parm (or 1 jar of Alfredo sauce, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, and 2 tbsp of bottled ranch dressing as per description) to the crockpot.
9Stir together and let it hang out on low heat while the pasta boils.
10Boil a box of pasta according to package directions.
11Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the crockpot.
12Keep on stirring until everything is mixed.
13Taste and add more buffalo sauce if needed.
14Top with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
15Serve and enjoy!

If you prefer less spice, start with 1/4 cup of buffalo sauce and add more to taste.
This dish is also good with a garlic parm sauce or Southwest ranch sauce if you're not a fan of buffalo sauce.
