Whisk until all the white specks disappear.

Pour in 2 cups of heavy cream.

Add in 1/4 cup of granulated sugar to sweeten things up.

Slowly increase the heat to medium.

Heat until it's just barely starting to simmer and thickening up, then remove from heat.

Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk chocolate, or a mix of both).

Whisk into chocolate heaven.

Transfer the pudding to a bowl.

Cover the pudding with plastic wrap, ensuring it is just touching the top of the pudding.

Pop the pudding in the fridge and wait until it cools off, which will take about an hour.

Remove the plastic wrap.

Eat straight from the bowl or scoop into serving cups.

Tips
