Directions

  1. 1Mix butter and sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2Add egg, vanilla extract, and lime zest.
  3. 3Mix together the dough.

  5. 5Add gram cracker crumbs and mix together.
  6. 6Scoop dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. 7Bake and press the back of a cup to make an indentation.
  8. 8Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar.
  9. 9Add lime zest.
  10. 10Spoon the cream into the well of the cookie.
  11. 11Add a thin slice of lime and a bit of zest.
