Directions
- 1Rinse off four peaches.
- 2Cut three of the peaches into pieces.
- 3Put the cut peaches in a pot.
- 4Add one cup of sugar to the pot.
- 5Add one cup of water to the pot.
- 6Turn the heat on medium and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 7After boiling for about 20 minutes, remove from heat.
- 8Mash the peaches down to enhance the flavor.
- 9Set the pot aside and let it cool off.
- 10Put a pot of water on and bring it to a boil.
- 11Once the water starts boiling, remove it from heat.
- 12Add three tea bags.
- 13Cover with a lid and let it steep for about 20 minutes.
- 14Put one cup of sugar in a pitcher.
- 15Fill the pitcher three-fourths full with ice.
- 16Pour the hot tea into the pitcher of ice.
- 17Put a strainer over the pitcher.
- 18Add the cooled peach syrup into the strainer, letting the liquid pass through into the pitcher.
- 19Add filtered water to the pitcher.
- 20Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- 21Cut the fourth peach into chunks.
- 22Put ice in a glass.
- 23Add the peach chunks to the glass.
- 24Stir in the cooked, cool peaches into the pitcher of tea.
