Directions

1Make the Ranch Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, and lemon juice. Add a splash of milk if needed to loosen the consistency. Season with salt & pepper and refrigerate.
2Prepare the Slaw: In a bowl, toss the shredded cabbage, carrot, and red onion. Add apple cider vinegar, Greek yogurt, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let sit for at least 10 minutes to soften slightly.
