  1. 1ضعي كوباية من السكر في طاسة ووزعيها جيداً.
  2. 2قلبي السكر حتى يبدأ في الذوبان.
  3. 3أضيفي الزبدة وقلبي باستمرار.
  4. 4بعد ذوبان الزبدة، أضيفي الكريمة وقلبي جيداً.
  5. 5استمري في التقليب حتى يصبح الصوص ناعماً.
  6. 6أضيفي المكسرات المكسرة (اختياري).
  7. 7إذا كنت تريد صوص كراميل، أضيفي القليل من ملح البحر.
