Directions

  1. 1Peel and thinly slice 2 potatoes and 1 carrot. Soak them in water for 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add 2 medium onions, 2 green chilies, and 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste to the sliced vegetables.
  3. 3Incorporate 1 cup of gram flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of red chili powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of crushed red chilies, and 3 tbsp of fresh coriander leaves.
  4. 4Add water as required and mix well to form a batter.
  5. 5Heat oil in a frying pan. Gently drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, forming small, crispy fritters.
  6. 6Fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove the fritters and drain excess oil on a strainer.
