2Boil 16 oz of rigatoni pasta according to the package directions.
3In a large skillet, cook 1 lb ground beef with 1 chopped onion, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
4Once cooked, drain the grease and add 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Stir.
5Add 2 (24 oz) jars of marinara sauce and 1/2 cup heavy cream to the beef mixture. Stir and turn off the heat.
6In a greased 9x13 baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, half of the meat sauce, and 1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese.
7Top with half of the mozzarella cheese.
8Add remaining pasta, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
9Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
