5In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, 3 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix until smooth.
6Transfer the sauce to a hot pan and bring to a light boil for 5 minutes until thickened.
7Add sesame seeds and the cooked chicken, and mix until the chicken is fully coated.
8Top cooked rice with teriyaki chicken, sesame seeds, and fresh green onions.
