Cheesy Fajita Chicken
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2Add chicken to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- 3Mix cream cheese, salsa, and fajita seasoning.
- 4Spread the mixture over the chicken.
- 5Add frozen peppers and top with cheese.
- 6Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened or microwaved 15 sec
- 0.33 cup salsa
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 2 cups frozen sliced bell peppers
- 1 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
