Directions
- 1Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, au jus mix, and ranch seasoning in a bowl and stir well.
- 2Fold in 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon chopped pepperoncini peppers and pepperoncini brine into the sour cream mixture until well combined.
- 3Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with the remaining chopped pepperoncini peppers.
- 4Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 5Serve with potato chips.
