Directions

  1. 1Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, au jus mix, and ranch seasoning in a bowl and stir well.
  2. 2Fold in 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon chopped pepperoncini peppers and pepperoncini brine into the sour cream mixture until well combined.
  3. 3Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with the remaining chopped pepperoncini peppers.
  4. 4Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. 5Serve with potato chips.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 packet au jus mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 3/4 cup chopped pepperoncini pepper
  • 3 tbsp pepperoncini brine
  • potato chips (optional)
