Directions
- 1Place sliced orange and lemon on a baking tray.
- 2In a separate bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
- 3Lay the fish on top of the fruit and brush it on both sides with the marinade.
- 4Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–30 minutes, until cooked through.
