Lemon & Orange White Fish Bake

Directions

  1. 1Place sliced orange and lemon on a baking tray.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
  3. 3Lay the fish on top of the fruit and brush it on both sides with the marinade.
  4. 4Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–30 minutes, until cooked through.

  • 300 g cod fillet
  • 1 orange
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 juice of lemon
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • chopped parsley
  • to taste salt
