2Once the onion has some color, add extra lean beef mince, mix it around, and let it cook through.
3Add diced garlic, the seasoning mix (chilli powder, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano), tomato paste, softened light cream cheese, and shredded low-fat cheese. Optionally, add sriracha or any hot sauce.
4Mix all ingredients together until combined and creamy.
5Add some coriander on top and mix it one more time.
6Grab a low-calorie tortilla.
7Add 1/6th of the filling to the tortilla, followed by nacho cheese sauce or regular cheese and more coriander.
8Roll the burrito.
9Toast the burrito.
10Repeat the process for the other five burritos.
