Directions

  1. 1Cook the chorizo.
  2. 2Melt the Mont d’Or in the air fryer, adding garlic, for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. 3Cook the pasta.
  4. 4Add the melted Mont d’Or to the pan with the chorizo.
  5. 5Pour two ladles of cooking water into the pan.
  6. 6Finally, add the pasta and chives.
  7. 7Plate and serve.

  • ail
  • 350 g pâtes
  • ciboulette
