Directions

  1. 1Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a large pan.
  2. 2Add 2 cups of heavy cream to the melted butter.
  3. 3Stir in 1 tsp of italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4Add 2 cups of parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  5. 5Stir in a handful of parsley.
  6. 6Add 1 box of cooked fettuccine.
  7. 7Add some pasta water to adjust the consistency.
  8. 8Toss to combine the fettuccine and the alfredo sauce.
  9. 9Garnish with more parsley, if desired.
