Fettuccine Alfredo
Directions
- 1Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a large pan.
- 2Add 2 cups of heavy cream to the melted butter.
- 3Stir in 1 tsp of italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
- 4Add 2 cups of parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- 5Stir in a handful of parsley.
- 6Add 1 box of cooked fettuccine.
- 7Add some pasta water to adjust the consistency.
- 8Toss to combine the fettuccine and the alfredo sauce.
- 9Garnish with more parsley, if desired.
