Season chicken with smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin.

Give the chicken a nice pan sear on both sides, then finish it in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 or higher.

Chop up the chicken.

Chop the bacon as small as possible.

For the jalapeno popper sauce, combine light cream cheese, nonfat greek yogurt, onion powder, water, salt and pepper and blend.

In a bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, 80 grams of light cheddar, 100 grams of fat free cheese, the jalapeno sauce and jalapenos.

Throw it into a burrito for six equal servings, and put the burritos in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes.

Tips
Use center cut bacon rather than turkey bacon because it tastes better and the macros are the same.
