Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth.

Let simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth and melty.

Return chicken and pasta to the skillet.

Toss everything together until well coated.

Garnish with parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.

1 cup heavy cream
0.5 cup chicken broth

1 tsp dried parsley or fresh chopped parsley
