Spring Feta Flatbreads

Directions
- 1Mix the flour and yogurt in a bowl.
- 2Knead the dough on a flat surface.
- 3Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl.
- 4Chop up your herbs.
- 5Add them to a bowl with the other ingredients and season to taste.
- 6Slice your dough into 4 equal balls.
- 7Gently press them and fill them with your mixture.
- 8Bring all the sides together and then flatten them down.
- 9Dry fry them until golden brown on each side and enjoy.
