Directions
- 1Add sugar, coconut, flour, four eggs, melted butter and milk to the bowl.
- 2Add optional zest of a lemon
- 3Whisk the ingredients together.
- 4Pour into baking paper in a tray.
- 5Put into the oven at 190 degrees for 50 minutes.
