Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.

Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add the sliced bell peppers, garlic, and ginger.

Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the peppers are tender-crisp.

Return the chicken to the wok, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, and black pepper.

Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Serve hot over rice or noodles for a delicious meal!

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch ginger, grated
0.25 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili paste
1 tsp sesame oil
0.5 tsp black pepper
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
sesame seeds for garnish
