2Add three cups of honey to the pot, scraping it all out.
3Pour in two cups of white vinegar.
4Add half a cup of brown sugar.
5Add five tablespoons of garlic powder.
6Add five tablespoons of onion powder.
7Add four teaspoons of paprika.
8Add one teaspoon of chili powder.
9Add three teaspoons of salt.
10Add two teaspoons of ground pepper.
11Add four teaspoons of dry mustard.
12Give everything a good mix to incorporate all ingredients.
13Turn the heat to medium or medium-high and simmer for about 30-35 minutes, stirring continuously and scraping down the sides, until the desired thick consistency is achieved.
14Pour the hot sauce into jars.
15Place the filled jars into a water bath canner (or steam canner without pressure).
16Fill the canner with water up to the top of the jars.
17Put lids on the jars and turn the heat to high.
18Water bath can the jars for 25 minutes.
19After 25 minutes, unscrew the lid of the canner and place the jars on a towel to sit undisturbed for 12 to 24 hours.
