Marinate chicken mince with spices, salt, ghee, chopped coriander, chopped mint, chopped onions, and cumin seeds.

Mix well until well combined and shape them into small kofta balls.

Pan fry the kofta balls on medium heat for 5 minutes until golden, flipping sides halfway through.

Remove the fried koftas from the oil and set them aside.

Into a heated pan, add ghee, whole spices, ginger garlic paste, and chopped onions.

Sauté on medium heat until translucent.

Add salt and spices.

Sauté on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes and add chopped tomatoes.

Sauté on low heat for 5 minutes until oil separates.

Add water and double cream.

Mix well, cover, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the fried koftas to the masala.

Mix well, cover, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until oil separates.

Garnish with double cream and kasuri methi.
