Chicken Kofta Curry

Directions

  1. 1Marinate chicken mince with spices, salt, ghee, chopped coriander, chopped mint, chopped onions, and cumin seeds.
  2. 2Mix well until well combined and shape them into small kofta balls.
  3. 3Pan fry the kofta balls on medium heat for 5 minutes until golden, flipping sides halfway through.
  4. 4Remove the fried koftas from the oil and set them aside.
  5. 5Into a heated pan, add ghee, whole spices, ginger garlic paste, and chopped onions.
  6. 6Sauté on medium heat until translucent.
  7. 7Add salt and spices.
  8. 8Sauté on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes and add chopped tomatoes.
  9. 9Sauté on low heat for 5 minutes until oil separates.
  10. 10Add water and double cream.
  11. 11Mix well, cover, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  12. 12Add the fried koftas to the masala.
  13. 13Mix well, cover, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until oil separates.
  14. 14Garnish with double cream and kasuri methi.
