Cornflake Crunch Cookies
Directions
- 1Add butter to stand mixer.
- 2Add granulated sugar and light brown sugar.
- 3Mix for two minutes.
- 4Add egg and vanilla extract.
- 5Mix for eight more minutes.
- 6Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and kosher salt.
- 7Mix on low speed.
- 8Add cornflakes, chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- 9Chill for 30 minutes.
- 10Bake at 375 until golden on the edges.

- 2 sticks butter
- 1.25 c sugar
- 0.67 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 c flour
- 2 tbsp flour
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp kosher salt
- 3 cups cornflake crunch
- 0.67 cup mini chocolate chips
- 0.25 cup mini marshmallows
