Directions
- 1Mix mayonnaise and mixed pepper in a bowl.
- 2Cover the pork loin with the mixture.
- 3Cut the onions into slices.
- 4Place the sliced onions on the bottom of the baking dish.
- 5Put the pork loin on top of the onions.
- 6Place the potatoes around the meat.
- 7Bake at 190°C for 2 hours.
- 8Pour some of the liquid from the baking dish over the meat.
- 9Serve with potatoes.
